"Sex/Life" cancelled after two seasons

Netflix decided to cancel the continuation of the hit series "Sex/Life" after the second season. After the great success of the first season, which mixed drama and eroticism, the second season did not convince. However, the series ended naturally.

Billie Connelly, played by Sarah Shabi, is a mother who lives in the suburbs and feels bored with her life and marriage, starting to have a scorching affair with her ex-boyfriend Brad.

“I definitely didn't have the support I had in the first season. It has become a very different thing for me, and I'm not afraid to say it. I had difficulties with the material... I mean, after saying all this, I'll never work for Netflix again. But I can't lie," said the protagonist of the story regarding the second season of the series.
